Delivery & Returns

DELIVERY

We will send out the item(s) by the postal service you have selected within five working days unless otherwise notified. Should the delivery be urgent please telephone +44 (0) 7950 373 487 / +44 (0) 7711 669 562 and we can arrange a quicker / express delivery where possible.

WEB ORDERS

Changes to your order can be made by you at any point while placing your order. Please review your order carefully before placing it. Once your order is submitted, we are unable to modify or cancel it. If you've selected the incorrect products, please review our returns procedures.

SHIPPING

UK & Ireland - 

We offer free UK delivery on orders over £200.  For orders below £200 you can choose any of the following shipping options at checkout:

Royal Mail Standard £7.00
Royal Mail Signed For Delivery £9.00
Royal Mail Special Delivery - (Guaranteed delivery before 1pm next day) £12.00

International - 

Please email us at info@tornalucia.com and we can arrange shipping via any standard / express service you choose to your destination.

 RETURNS

We will be happy to make an exchange or refund your credit card for any purchase with which you are not completely satisfied within 7 days of the ship date. The item(s) must be returned unworn and in perfect condition bearing the tags and/or any special packing materials. Please ship back securely packed, insured and with a request for signature for your own protection.

Damaged/defect claims must be claimed within 5 business days (excludes weekends & holidays) of package arrival. Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns after 14 days from ship date. Please send us back your purchase with a copy of invoice or receipt.

We advise that you will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.  If you are shipping an item over £50.00 we strongly advise using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

SALE ITEMS

Please note promotional codes apply to full-price items only. All sale products are final sale. We will not be able to accept any returns or exchanges.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.


LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted; there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

EXCHANGES

Unfortunately we are only able to replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you would like to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email at lucy@tornalucia.com and send your item to: 124-128 Barlby Road, Office 15 London London United Kingdom W106BL.

GIFTS

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you should receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be posted to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
