DELIVERY
We will send out the item(s) by the postal service you have selected within five working days unless otherwise notified. Should the delivery be urgent please telephone +44 (0) 7950 373 487 / +44 (0) 7711 669 562 and we can arrange a quicker / express delivery where possible.
WEB ORDERS
Changes to your order can be made by you at any point while placing your order. Please review your order carefully before placing it. Once your order is submitted, we are unable to modify or cancel it. If you've selected the incorrect products, please review our returns procedures.
PAYMENT
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. If you would like to pay by cheque or another method please email us at lucy@tornalucia.com and we will try to arrange an alternative payment for you.
RETURNS
We will be happy to make an exchange or refund your credit card for any purchase with which you are not completely satisfied within 7 days of the ship date. The item(s) must be returned unworn and in perfect condition bearing the tags and/or any special packing materials. Please ship back securely packed, insured and with a request for signature for your own protection.
Damaged/defect claims must be claimed within 5 business days of package arrival. Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns after 14 days from ship date. Please send us back your purchase with a copy of invoice or receipt.
